At Shoe City, we want you to walk with confidence. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box to ensure they remain in pristine condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
